Visa, eTA, and Invitation Letter Guidance

After submitting a visa application, visa-required participants should send the following information to SIP 2027:

  • Full name
  • IRCC visa application number, for example V123456789
  • SIP 2027 registration or invoice ID
This information helps SIP 2027 report confirmed participant details to IRCC through the official participant-list process. It also supports invitation-letter validity verification and helps reduce misuse, altered documents, and fake invitation letters.

Sharing the IRCC visa application number is essential because it helps IRCC identify the application as related to SIP 2027 and match it with the confirmed participant record submitted by the organizer.

Please send the information to: support@sip2027.org
By requesting visa-related support or submitting a visa application number to SIP 2027, participants acknowledge that selected information may be shared with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the limited purpose of identifying and coordinating visa applications related to SIP 2027.

The shared information may include the participant name, passport country of issuance, IRCC visa application number, SIP 2027 registration status, and related conference participation details.

Participant information will not be published on the SIP 2027 website. SIP 2027 uses this information only for conference administration, invitation-letter verification, and IRCC-related event reporting.
