SIP 2027 Invitation Letter
and Visa-Support Documentation

The SIP 2027 Organizing Committee provides official invitation letters to confirmed participants to support Canada travel and visa documentation for conference attendance.

Invitation letters are issued only after successful registration, full payment confirmation, and verification of the participant’s submitted information.

Important notice: Invitation letters are provided to support travel documentation only. Visa approval decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the relevant Canadian visa office.

Participants are responsible for confirming whether they require a Temporary Resident Visa, visitor visa, or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), and for submitting all required documents to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).


What You Receive After Verification and Full Payment

Upon verification and confirmation of full registration payment, eligible SIP 2027 participants may receive a visa-support documentation package.

  • Official SIP 2027 invitation letter: Issued by the SIP 2027 Organizing Committee to confirm conference participation in Canada.
  • Official registration invoice and payment receipt: Provided to document completed and verified conference registration.
  • Invitation letter reference number and verification details: Included for authenticity, tracking, and administrative record purposes.
  • Abstract or full paper acceptance letter: Issued for authors where applicable after successful review or acceptance.
  • Organizer and conference information: May include organizer details, conference flyer, Call for Papers, venue information, and other general conference documentation where appropriate.

How to Request an Invitation Letter

To request a SIP 2027 invitation letter, please complete the registration and payment process first, then email the required participant information to the organizing team.

  1. Complete the SIP 2027 registration or submit an invoice request through the official conference website.
  2. Pay the applicable registration fee in full using the online payment system or issued invoice.
  3. Send the required personal, passport, affiliation, and registration details to the organizing team.
  4. The SIP 2027 Secretariat verifies the registration details and payment status.
  5. The official invitation letter and supporting documents are issued electronically after verification, normally within three business days.

SIP 2027 invitation letters are prepared for verified participants and may include reference information for administrative confirmation.

  • Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead.
  • Each invitation letter may include an authorized signature, stamp, and unique reference number.
  • Reference details may be used for authenticity, tracking, and administrative verification.
  • Institutions or visa offices may contact the SIP 2027 Secretariat if confirmation is required.
