Yes. Audience, listener, and co-author participants may register without submitting a paper. This option is suitable for participants who want to attend sessions, network, and receive participation confirmation.
Authors and presenters should complete registration after their abstract or full paper is accepted. Each accepted abstract or paper requires at least one full registration by the presenting author.
Yes. After payment verification, registered participants may receive an official payment receipt and registration confirmation. Participants who need institutional billing may request an invoice before payment.
International participants may request conference-related visa support documents after successful registration and verification. These documents may support a visa application, but visa approval is decided only by Canadian immigration authorities.

  • Each accepted abstract or paper requires at least one full registration by the presenting author.
  • Co-authors attending the conference must register separately.
  • Student registration requires valid proof of enrollment.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable after payment confirmation.
  • Registration type and attendance mode cannot be changed after confirmation unless approved by the Secretariat.
