All abstracts and papers must be submitted by the given deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted or may be subject to a late fee. It is crucial to adhere to the deadlines to ensure your work is considered for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.

The acceptance or rejection of your abstract and extended paper (if submitted) will only be finalized after the peer review process. The review process ensures that all submissions meet the conference's standards for quality and relevance. Authors will be notified of the decision via email within the stipulated timeframe.

For a submission to be included in the conference program, to receive an acceptance letter, and to be considered for publication, the author(s) must complete registration and payment in full. This ensures a commitment from the author(s) to present their work at the conference. Failure to register and pay in full by the specified deadlines may result in the removal of the submission from the conference program.

Payments must be made only through an official SIP 2027 payment link, invoice, or written payment instruction issued by the Secretariat. Available payment methods depend on the authorized payment channel shown at the time of registration or invoicing.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the SIP 2027 Refund and Cancellation Policy, registration fees are generally non-refundable after payment for participant-initiated cancellation. Participants should review their availability, category, travel requirements, and applicable policies before payment.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a payer from exercising a lawful billing, refund, complaint, or chargeback right. A good-faith dispute is not misconduct. Where a payment is disputed, reversed, reported as unauthorized, or remains unsettled, SIP 2027 may temporarily suspend the related registration or conference-issued documents while the matter is reviewed. Where documented evidence reasonably supports intentional payment abuse, identity misuse, impersonation, document alteration, misuse of an invitation letter or verification record, or another material violation of these Terms, SIP 2027 may take proportionate administrative action permitted by law, including cancellation or restriction of services, revocation or invalidation of affected documents, preservation and submission of evidence to relevant payment providers or financial institutions, notification of an affected institution where reasonably necessary, reporting to an appropriate authority, refusal of future service, and recovery of unpaid amounts or reasonable processing costs where legally recoverable. Public verification of a revoked, invalid, or fraudulently altered conference-issued document, if reasonably necessary and permitted by law, will be limited to verified facts and the minimum identifying information reasonably necessary; SIP 2027 will not publish an accusation merely because a person made a lawful complaint or payment dispute. By submitting an abstract, paper, manuscript, registration, payment, or related request after being presented with the applicable SIP 2027 policy notice and links, the submitting or registering person acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Review Process, Publication & Indexing requirements, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Code of Conduct, and the submission and withdrawal rules shown on the relevant submission page. The submitting or registering person also confirms, to the best of their knowledge, that information supplied is accurate and that they are authorized to provide the submitted work and the professional information of any listed co-author or participant.

Requests to change attendance mode must be submitted in writing and are subject to operational capacity, administrative approval, and payment of any applicable fee difference. Approval is not automatic.

All virtual or physical attendees are expected to adhere to the conference's code of conduct. This includes respecting all participants and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. Harassment or discrimination may result in removal from the conference. Any refund question will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Personal information collected through submission, registration, payment, verification, and conference participation will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. SIP 2027 may use and disclose information only for identified conference, administrative, verification, publication, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, and recordkeeping purposes as described in that policy and applicable law. Professional and bibliographic submission information may form part of the public conference record as described in the Privacy Policy. A displayed submission or conference status applies to the relevant record and stage of the conference process and is not, by itself, an assessment of an author's professional qualifications, academic reputation, institutional standing, integrity, or broader body of research.

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. The conference organizers may provide a list of recommended hotels and travel tips upon request.
• All presenters are required to use the official conference presentation template, which will be provided upon acceptance of their abstract.
• It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their submissions are original and free from plagiarism. Any form of academic dishonesty will result in the rejection of the submission and potential exclusion from future conferences.
