Full Paper Submission

SIP 2027 welcomes full paper submissions from authors seeking detailed technical review and possible post-conference publication consideration. Full papers should present complete, original, and well-structured research, applied studies, review work, case studies, or interdisciplinary contributions aligned with the SIP 2027 scope.

Manuscript Preparation

Full papers should be written in clear academic English and carefully proofread before submission. A complete manuscript should normally include the following sections:

• Title
• Author names, affiliations, country, and corresponding author email
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Literature review or background, where applicable
• Methods, materials, framework, model, or case description
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgements, funding statement, and conflict-of-interest statement, where applicable
• References

Formatting Guidelines

• Prepare the manuscript in MS Word format using the official template or formatting guidance provided by SIP 2027.
• Use a Letter or A4 page size and maintain consistent academic formatting throughout the manuscript.
• Number all major sections clearly, such as 1. Introduction, 2. Methods, and 3. Results.
• Figures, tables, and equations must be numbered, titled, and cited in the text.
• References should be relevant, current, complete, and formatted consistently.
• All figures, tables, images, datasets, and external materials must respect copyright and citation rules.

Length and File Requirements

The manuscript should normally not exceed 40 pages, including references, appendices, and supplemental material, unless a specific track or publication route provides different instructions.

• Full paper: MS Word format (.docx or .doc) – Mandatory, unless the paper is prepared in LaTeX.
• Full paper: PDF format (.pdf) – Mandatory for review and formatting verification.
• LaTeX submission: If the manuscript is not prepared in MS Word, authors must submit the complete LaTeX source package, including the main .PDF & tex file, bibliography file, separate figure files, and all supporting source files required to compile the paper.

EasyChair Full Paper Submission Steps

All official full paper submissions must be completed through the SIP 2027 submission platform. SIP 2027 does not accept full paper submissions by email, messaging apps, or parallel submission systems.

• Open the official SIP 2027 EasyChair submission page.
• Log in with an existing EasyChair account or create a new EasyChair account.
• Enter the title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, abstract, and keywords carefully.
• Upload the required full paper file or files.
• Review all details before final submission.
• Save the EasyChair confirmation and submission number for future communication.

Review and Decision Process

Full papers are reviewed according to completeness, originality, relevance, technical quality, clarity, methodology, results, discussion, references, and alignment with SIP 2027 themes.

• Submissions are screened for completeness, relevance, originality, and basic formatting.
• Scientific or technical papers are reviewed for method, clarity, contribution, and presentation quality.
• Authors may be asked to revise the paper before final acceptance.
• Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.

Registration and Presentation Requirement

At least one author of each accepted full paper must complete registration and present the work. This requirement supports accurate program planning and protects the review and publication process.

• Accepted full papers require completed registration by the registration deadline.
• Invitation letters, certificates, and presentation confirmations are issued according to SIP 2027 registration and participation rules.
• Accepted submissions that do not complete registration by the specified deadline, or whose authors become non-responsive, considered withdrawn. Applicable withdrawal charges apply in accordance with the conference policies.

Publication Consideration

Selected and eligible full papers may be considered for post-conference publication opportunities after the conference. Publication consideration is not automatic. It depends on the quality of the work, review outcome, editorial assessment, completed registration, presentation, formatting compliance, plagiarism screening, and final publication requirements.

Abstract and Full Paper Withdrawal Policy

SIP 2027 respects academic integrity and the professional work completed by reviewers, editors, and conference administrators. Withdrawal after acceptance is strongly discouraged and is available only under the conditions stated below.

Withdrawal Eligibility

• Only an accepted submission that remains unregistered and unpublished is eligible for withdrawal.
• Rejected submissions, registered submissions, and works already included in an abstract book, proceedings, journal, repository, or indexing service are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Published records, citations, metadata, archived copies, cached pages, and third-party indexing records may remain permanently available. SIP 2027 assumes no responsibility for their removal or alteration.

Withdrawal Procedure and Fees

The corresponding author must email the withdrawal request to support@sip2027.org from the email address used for submission. The request must include the submission ID, title, author names, reason for withdrawal, and confirmation that all co-authors have consented.

• Payment alone does not complete the withdrawal. A submission is officially withdrawn only after review and written confirmation from the SIP 2027 Secretariat.
• Withdrawal fees are non-refundable. Withdrawal does not create any right to a registration refund, credit, transfer, compensation, publication, presentation, certificate, invitation letter, or visa application support documents.
• Accepted submissions not registered by the applicable deadline may be administratively closed, removed from the conference and publication process, and made subject to the applicable withdrawal fee.

SIP 2027 may retain submission, review, correspondence, payment, authorship, and status records for legitimate academic, administrative, publication, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. The conference may approve, decline, or request further verification of any withdrawal request.
