The SIP 2027 conference venue is located on the University of British Columbia (UBC) Vancouver campus. Participants are responsible for arranging and booking their own accommodation.
Vancouver is a high-demand travel destination, and accommodation near UBC may become limited during busy travel periods. Participants are encouraged to book early for the conference dates, 18–19 March 2027.

Participants attending on-site may optionally add a full-day meal package during registration. This package is intended to support a smooth conference-day experience without the need to leave the venue between sessions.
The meal package is provided through Nest Catering & Conferences (UBC), the official venue caterer. All catering arrangements are subject to venue confirmation, final numbers, and availability.
