The SIP 2027 conference venue is located on the University of British Columbia (UBC) Vancouver campus. Participants are responsible for arranging and booking their own accommodation.
Vancouver is a high-demand travel destination, and accommodation near UBC may become limited during busy travel periods. Participants are encouraged to book early for the conference dates, 18–19 March 2027.

Booking Responsibility
Accommodation is not included in the SIP 2027 registration fee. Participants should contact hotels, guest houses, or booking platforms directly to confirm room availability, prices, cancellation rules, check-in requirements, and payment conditions.

Food & Dining at the AMS Student Nest
SIP 2027 does not provide or sell a conference meal package. Participants may purchase meals, snacks, coffee, and refreshments independently from the variety of food and beverage outlets available inside the AMS Student Nest and around the UBC Vancouver campus.
