  • Accepted submissions will not be included in the final program unless the required registration is completed.

  • Unregistered or non-responsive accepted submissions may be removed from the program and publication pathway.
  • Authors should submit only if they have a genuine intention to register and present if accepted.

Review and Decision Process

Each submission will be reviewed according to its type, completeness, originality, relevance, clarity, technical quality, and alignment with the SIP 2027 themes.

  • Submissions are screened for completeness, relevance, originality, and basic formatting.
  • Scientific or technical submissions are reviewed for method, clarity, contribution, and presentation quality.
  • Authors may be asked to revise the abstract or paper before final acceptance.
  • Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.
  • Publication consideration depends on peer review, editorial approval, registration, presentation, formatting compliance, and publisher requirements.

Publication Consideration

Selected and eligible papers may be considered for post-conference publication opportunities after the conference. Publication consideration is not automatic. It depends on the quality of the work, review outcome, editorial assessment, completed registration, presentation, formatting compliance, plagiarism screening, and final publication requirements.

Publication note: SIP 2027 does not guarantee publication for all accepted submissions. Only selected, eligible, and quality-approved papers may proceed to publication consideration.
