Support Peer Review, Editorial Quality, and Long-Term Academic Collaboration
The Research and Education Promotion Association (REPA) has been officially registered in California, USA, as an Active LLC under entity number 202463813859. With its principal office at 1401 21st St, Sacramento, CA 95811, USA, REPA fosters academic creativity and innovation while maintaining good standing with the California Secretary of State and the Franchise Tax Board.
This registration form is used to evaluate candidates for editorial roles across REPA academic activities, not limited to one event. It may be used for REPA conferences, journals, proceedings, special issues, workshops, editorial boards, scientific committees, reviewer pools, and future academic programs.
General commitment: Applicants agree that, if selected, their profile, photo and expertise may be considered for current and future REPA scholarly activities according to the needs of each conference, journal, or publication project.
Selection is based on academic qualification, professional expertise, research background, ethical conduct, availability, and alignment with REPA program needs.
Minimum Requirement
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is normally required. Equivalent senior professional or academic experience may also be considered.
Primary Purpose
To strengthen peer review quality, editorial integrity, research evaluation, session support, and timely academic decisions.
Responsibilities and Commitments
- Apply fair, objective, confidential, and timely editorial practices.
- Support peer review, abstract review, paper evaluation, and recommendation processes when assigned.
- Disclose conflicts of interest before accepting editorial or review assignments.
- Provide constructive comments and support research quality improvement.
- Protect unpublished submissions, reviewer comments, author information, and committee discussions.
- Support session organization, moderation, awards, publication checks, or academic coordination when requested.
- The applicant grants REPA permission to publish and use the applicant’s name, affiliation, country, professional title, short biography, and photograph on REPA conference, journal, website, promotional, and archival materials. The applicant confirms that the submitted information and photograph may be lawfully published by REPA
- REPA will not publish private documents, personal identification files, home address, or confidential information.
- CV, expertise details, contact information, and conflict-of-interest disclosures are used for internal evaluation and editorial operations.
- Participation is voluntary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- REPA may accept, decline, suspend, or remove editorial and committee members to protect quality, integrity, and policy compliance.
- Participation does not guarantee publication outcomes, indexing decisions, acceptance decisions, or specific academic metrics.
